James F. Jacobs, "Jim", is President and CEO of Jacobs Executive Advisors, a botique executive search firm. Jacobs Advisors' projects are dedicated to board, executive, and managerial search. Jacobs Executive Advisors’ expertise falls in the segments of insurance, agriculture, industrial, finance and HR.An executive recruiter since 1989, Jim has devoted his search activities exclusively to the insurance industry. Prior to founding Jacobs Executive Advisors, Jim’s early business career was established in corporate banking, last with Chemical Bank, now part of JP Morgan Chase. There he provided financial consulting to Fortune 100 companies.
Jim earned an M.B.A. from Hofstra University in Finance and a B.A. in Political Science from The State University of New York at Stonybrook.
